Can you help if I don’t have completed plans?
Yes. You can contact us while you’re still exploring your options. Depending on the project, pre-construction may include design coordination, engineering, material selections, estimating, and permit preparation.
Do you handle smaller or custom projects?
We welcome inquiries about carpentry, fences, outdoor improvements, and specialty residential work as well as larger builds. We assess each project for scope, location, and schedule fit.
Can you help with an ADU or garage conversion?
We work on attached and detached ADUs and garage conversions where feasible. Site conditions, utilities, zoning, structural needs, and applicable permit requirements help determine what is possible.
What should I share when requesting a consultation?
